You live in the home
Owner-occupied / homeowners conversation.
Bonaire, Georgia insurance
Platinum Guard serves Bonaire from our Warner Robins office. Property use is the first important distinction: a home you occupy, a property rented to someone else, a vacant or renovating property, and a home-based business can create different insurance questions. Start with how the property or vehicle is actually used.
Platinum Guard does not maintain a Bonaire office. In-person consultations are available at our Warner Robins office by appointment.
Property use
For an owner-occupied home, start with the address, occupancy, timing and current coverage when available. If the property is rented to someone else, use the landlord conversation. If it is vacant or being renovated, disclose that status and let the agent determine which markets or forms may be appropriate rather than forcing it into a standard homeowners or landlord request.

Disclose condition and use; do not pre-classify into a standard form.
Flood remains a separate coverage conversation when rising-water protection is part of the concern.
Houston County context
For addresses handled under unincorporated Houston County rules, business and home-occupation approvals can involve county licensing, planning, zoning or inspection steps. Those requirements are separate from insurance. If business activity occurs at the property, tell us what the business does, where it operates, whether vehicles or employees are involved, and whether a lease or customer is asking for proof of coverage.
Auto
Start with the drivers, vehicles, current insurance and timing. If a vehicle is owned by or regularly used for a business, use the commercial-auto path instead of describing it only as household transportation.

Bonaire insurance questions
These answers keep Bonaire property-use, auto and business requests specific from the first contact.
If the property is rented to someone else, start with the landlord conversation so the occupancy is described correctly. If it is vacant, under renovation or used in another way, disclose that separately rather than assuming the same policy form applies.
Tell the agent what the business does and where the activity occurs. County licensing or zoning rules are separate from insurance, and a personal policy should not be assumed to cover business operations automatically.
Yes. Start with the item that has the deadline and mention the related need. The agent can coordinate follow-up without requiring separate stories.
